The rooms are compact but practical, with a safe and charging facilities provided. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always happy to help you out.

The soundproofing in the rooms may need improving to provide a quieter stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly staff who provided us with a local map and recommended restaurants. The 4G-activated mobile phone in our room was extremely useful for navigating the city without having to pay for expensive mobile data. The location of the hotel was superb, situated in a neighborhood with plenty of souvenir shops, restaurants, and cafes. The proximity to the bus stop and attractions like the Taipa Houses-Museum and casinos made it convenient for us to explore. The staffs' excellent English and the 24-hour front desk made our stay even more enjoyable. The clean bathrooms with standard amenities and hairdryers, as well as the water dispenser on every floor, were also appreciated. Hotel Ease Mong Kok offered great value for money.
